Why are you so cheap?
  • While we prefer the term "affordable", being "cheap" isn't bad either!  The reason our prices are so much less than everyone else is due to the fact we utilize the latest in technology to lower the cost required to operate.  Over the last few years, remote desktop technology allows us to connect and resolve problems without even sending a technician on-site.  Not having a fleet of vehicles means less delays, no fuel, no traffic, no car insurance, no break downs but more importantly a LOT LESS overhead so savings can be passed along to you!

How long have you been in business?
  • OKC Support is a service of OKC Broadband, founded in 1998.

­Are you Oklahoma Owned and Operated?
  • Glad you asked, YES!  We believe in supporting our local economy any way possible and as such we source our goods and services through other Oklahoma Owned and Operated companies whenever possible.­
What are your hours?
  • We are open Monday thru Friday 8a to 5p.  We are closed on weekends and most major holidays.
What form of payments do you accept?
  • Our billing system is fully automated and can process Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  We do not offer paper invoicing as it would raise our overhead costs and make us less efficient.
Are there any long term contracts?
  • What good would that be?  If you are not happy, why would we force you to stay by making you sign a contract?  Our service is month to month, you can cancel at anytime but you must provide 30 days notice in writing for us to successfully remove you from the billing system.
­Are there any refunds or credits if I have never used the service?
  • Our service is not only used as the first line of defense but also as a backup service for your own on-site technical team.  We have some clients that use us when their regular I.T. guy is sick or can't get on-site for a week, etc.  If you feel that you are no longer receiving value for your subscription you may cancel at anytime since we are a month to month provider.  You must provide 30 days notice in writing.
Are there any setup fees?
  • We do not charge a setup fee to become a customer.  We do however have a one-time license for the remote software that is installed on each of your PC's.  This one time licenses includes all future updates and upgrades so it is truly only a one-time charge as long as you remain an active customer.
­If I cancel and decide to re-subscribe later will I need to re-purchase the licenses?
  • If you renew your subscription within 30 days of cancelling, you will not need to purchase them again.
